if two pens made of the same material are rubbed with dry hair and brought closer to each other,will they attract each other?why?

they will repel each other as they both would have same charge on repelling and as u know that like charges repel each other.

when two pens not single pen made of plastic then rubbed with dry hair then the pen get charged so they can attract small piece of paper as they get charged by rubbing
