speed of first person=10 m/s

speed of second person=20 m/s

so,they are reducing 30 m distance between them in one second

time taken=90/30

=3 seconds

The taken by them to cover 90m and meet is 3 Seconds.

Given:

V1= 10m/s , V2= 20m/s and Distance= 90m.

To Find:

Time is taken by them to meet.

Solution:

Speed = V1+V2

= 10+20

= 30m/s

We know that Distance= Speed × Time

⇒ Time = Distance ÷ Speed

⇒ Time = 90 ÷ 30

= 3 s.

Therefore, the time taken by them to cover 90m and meet is 3 Seconds.
