Time taken by (A + B) to complete the task = 35days.

Then work done by (A + B) in 1 day = 1/35.

Now, Time taken by A to complete the work = 60days.

Then work done by A in one day = 1/60.

Therefore time taken by B to complete the work = (1/35 - 1/60) = 12 - 7 / 420 = 5/420 = 1/84.

Therefore total time taken by B to complete the work = 1÷ 1/60 = 1 × 84 days = 84days.

<b><u>Therefore B will complete the work in 60 days.

Answer:

.Person 'B' completes the same task in  84  days.

Step-by-step explanation:

.Person 'A' completes the same task in 60 days.

.Person 'B' completes the same task in  D  days.

.Person 'A' and B  complete the same task in 35  days.

NOW

one day work done by A      =1/60

one day work done by B       =1/D

one day work done by A      =1/35

so

       1/60 +1/D  = 1/35

                    1/D = 1/35 - 1/60

                         = 12/420 -7/420

                          = 5/420

                      1/D =1/84

                       D =84

.Person 'B' completes the same task in  84  days.
