Force on charge particle depends upon the velocity of charge particle, angle between Magnetic field and velocity, and strength of Magnetic field.

If angle between charge is zero the force would be zero.

If velocity of both charges makes a different angle with magnetic filed then magnitude of force would be different but when that angle is same then force will be same.
