(a) x/y remains constant

\huge{\mathfrak{\underline{\red{explanation}}}}

x and y are directly proportional

let x= 2 and y = 4

  • if x = 4, then y = 8
  • if x = 6, then y = 12

here, x = 2y

so,. x/y = 2

ratio of x and y is always 2

I. e. a constant value
