breadth of the rectangle(1st)=5cm

perimeter of the rectangle=2(l+b)

=2(13+5)cm

=36cm

Length of the rectangle(2nd)=13cm

breadth of the rectangle(2nd)=5cm

perimeter=36cm(as above)

total perimeter=36+36

=72cm

therefore the total perimeter is 72cm
