if two resistors 6 ohm and 2 ohm are connected in parallel and then placed in series with 6 ohm resistor draw the circuit diagram and find the effective resistance​

when resistance is in parallel

R1= 6ohm and R2 =2ohm

Rparallel = R1*R2/R1+R2

= 12/8

Now resistance is in series with Rparallel

therefore

effective resistance = Rseries+Rparallel

= 12/8+6

= 7.5ohm
