Correct Question :-

If two angles of triangle are 120° and 20° find the third angle of the triangle.

Given :-

Two angles are 120° and 20°

Find :-

Third Angle of triangle .

SoLuTioN :-

As we all know the angle sum property of the triangle .

Now ,

Sum of all three angles of triangle = 180°

So , we consider the Unknown angle as x

Then ,

120° + 20° + x = 180° { by A.S.P }

140° + x = 180°

x = 180° - 140°

x = 40° ( The third Angle )

Hence ,

The third Angle of the triangle is 40° .

Verification :-

As we know

Sum of interior angle of the triangle is 180°

So, Substituting the values

∠1 = 120°

∠2 = 20°

∠3 = 40°

Therefore ,

∠1 +  ∠2 +  ∠3 = 180°

120° + 20° + 40° = 180°

180° = 180°

Hence, Verified .

Correct Question

If two angles of triangle are 30 and 60. Find the third angle of the triangle.

Solution

Given

  • Two angles of triangle are 30 and 60.

To find

  • The third angle of the triangle.

Step-by-Step-Explaination

As we know that :

Sum of all angle = 180°

So,

Let the third angle be x

Then,

120° + 20° + x° = 180°

140° + x° = 180°

x = 180° - 140°

x = 40°

Hence, The third angle of triangle is 40°.
