We know by law of gravity, force due to gravity of earth is given by :

$F=\dfrac{GmM_E}{r^2}$

Here , $M_E$ is mass of earth .

Now ,

$\dfrac{GmM_E}{r^2}=mg\\\\g=\dfrac{GM_E}{r^2}$

From above equation , we can see that acceleration is independent of the mass of object .

Therefore , both stone will reach the surface of the earth together .
