The stone having a weight a 500 gm will reach the surface of first because if we denfine gravity,it is the force of attraction between two objects due to to their masses.
So,the more that mass,the faster the gravity will pull the object towards it and vice versa.

Given :

Two stones of mass 150 gm and 500 gm are dropped from same height .

To Find :

Which stone will reach the surface of the earth first .

Solution :

We know by law of gravity, force due to gravity of earth is given by :

F=\dfrac{GmM_E}{r^2}

Here , M_E is mass of earth .

Now ,

\dfrac{GmM_E}{r^2}=mg\\\\g=\dfrac{GM_E}{r^2}

From above equation , we can see that acceleration is independent of the mass of object .

Therefore , both stone will reach the surface of the earth together .
