OA=OB (radii)  

AP=BP (theorem)  

OP=OP (common)  

ΔAPO≅ΔBPO (by SSS congruency)

by cpct,

∠AOP=∠BOP (hence, they suntend equal angle at centre P)  

∠APO=∠BPO (hence, they are equally inclined)
