we are given that
angle APB =120..........(1)
by theorem that tangent to any point on circle is perpendicular to centre angle
PAO=PBO=90 DEGREE.........(2)
now PAOB is a quadrilateral
by sum angle property of it
<P+A+O+B=360
120+90+90+O=360
300+O=360
there fore <O=60
