guess 1:3

tan 30=h1/(1/2x)

=2h1/x= 1/sqroot(3) so, root(3)=x/2h1

tan 60=2h2/x=sqroot(3)

so tan60 * tan 30= sqroot(3) * sqroot(3)=3 = (2 h2/x)*(x/2 h1)=h2/h1

so h2/h1=3/1

so 3:1 is h2:h1

x is dist and 60 is ang of elev for h2
