Distance covered by train A

Sᵢ = vᵢ * t = 80 * t … B
Sₐ + Sᵢ = 400 =>
120 * t + 80 * t = 400
200 *t = 400
t = 2 hours
put t=2 in eq A and eq B
Sₐ = vₐ * t = 120 * 2 = 240 km
Sᵢ = vᵢ * t = 80 * 2 = 160 km
