lets assume we have two vectors A and B ( with vector notation of course )

we know that dot product of two vectors is given by

( A.B )cos(a)

( I assumed a to be the angle and not theta you can use whatever you like )

now the maximum value of these two vectors will be the product of these two

i.e A.B

using equality,

A.B cos(a) = A.B

thus cancelling A.B on both sides we get

cos(a) = 1

thus a= 0°
