(x -  \sqrt{3} )(x +  \sqrt{3) }  \\   {x}^{2}   - 3 \\ given \:  \: equation \:  {x}^{3}  - 4x {}^{2}  - 3x + 12

divide x^2 -3 by given equation

then you will get q(x).

then by the factor therom factorised it .

then you will get third zero
