Answer:

Sum of zeros = 3 / 2 - 2

= 3 - 4 / 2

= - 1 / 2

Product of zeros = 3 / 2 * - 2

= - 3

For forming any quadratic equations

K ( x^2 - (sum of zeros) * x + product of zeros) = 0

K ( x ^2 - (- 1 / 2) x + ( - 3) = 0

K ( x^2 + 1/2 x - 3) = 0

K ( 2 x ^2 + x - 6) = 0 * 2

2 x ^2 + x - 6 = 0 / k

2x^2 + x - 6 = 0

2x^2 + x - 6 is the correct answer.
