SOLUTION

GIVEN

U = {1, 2, 3, 4,..., 10 } is the universal set of A, B and A = {2, 4, 6, 8, 10} , B = {4, 6} are subsets of U

TO DETERMINE

The given sets to be represented by Venn diagram

EVALUATION

Here it is given that

Universal set U = {1, 2, 3, 4,..., 10 }

Now two sets are

A = {2, 4, 6, 8, 10}

B = {4, 6}

Since every element of B is an element of A

So B is a subset of A

∴ B ⊆ A

We draw a Venn diagram
