if I am a worker first I will not get depressed for anything

and if I am getting depressed or tension so I will

- watch a comedy movie

- spend time with friends and family

- listen to music

- just go head

- if people/ I mean ur if the main reason for ur depression is coliges then ignore them and go ahead

- but if it's manager ,tehn take it as light and next time see that u impresse him

- enjoy ur life be happy and cool
