In Δ BEC & Δ CFB

i.  ∠BEC = ∠CFB = 90°        [ Both are altitude, given ]

ii. BC = BC                     [ Common side ]

iii.   BE = CF                   [ Given ]

∴   Δ BEC ≅ Δ CFB          [RHS congruency ]

So, yes they are isosceles triangles.
