(1)yes prince of Morocco is little apologetic about his skin colour..."mislike me for my colour" this statement supports my answer.....
Portia responded by saying--I won't judge you on the basis of ur colour or be baised with anyone.....the final decision of choosing my prince is not in my hands.. you will have to choose the right casket for that
(2) Yes he was well mannered in his speech as he clearly illustrated the reason for him to be black i.e. the climate of his place....he said- mislike me foe my colur and also mentioned that he won may wars and he is very strong.....but somehow he was some sort of a hypocrite as he wanted portia not to judge him on the basis of his colour but later he dismissed lead because it was dull and dross.
