if u have 1000 mah power bank and 1000 mah mobile battery so battery charge by power bank is 50 % because electron are same in both side but what is the property of powerbank so battery are full and the powerbank is empty

The flow of electrons are very powerful pusing them into the battery making the battery charged and the power bank empty the power has the property of loosing electrons and mobile phone of gaining electrons.
