1) do meditation
2) read jokes...
3) tune up your mind by listening songs....
4) read inspirational and emotional thoughts or stories...
5) solve MATHS puzzles...
6) spend most of your time with others, don't take tension for small problems
7) have positive attitude
8) keep up your self confidence, respect
9) Be away from negative minded people...
10) don't feel bad if you are critized....
11) don't cry too often,keep smiling, watch hilarious movies.... 12) do pray, God would take away all your pains and you would feel relaxed...13) don't be so serious in your life, enjoy it and live happily...
