Answer:

First and foremost i will eradicate all forms of corruption and fraud in the country . Then i would invest in healthcare and education of the citizens of my country. I will allow foreign investment in my country but no to the extent of disrupting the livelihood of small businessmen , traders and artisans. Provide more career options to all graduate students. Establishing several initiatives where unemployed youth can set up businesses and bring income to our country. Basically these are all  just a fragment of my thoughts.
