If I was the part of constitutional drafting committee, the rights I would have given to Indian citizens are -

Right to elementary education for children between the age 6 to 14 years.

Right to choose any religion.

Right to get work and unemployment allowance if work not provided.

when I am the part of constitutional design community this right I have given to Indian citizen .
1...the head of state is an elected person not a hereditary person .
1 citizens cannot be discriminated on the ground of caste religion and gender 3..there is no unreasonable Registration on the citizens in what they think how they wish to express their thoughts.
4.. there is free and fair elections there is no rule of Monarchy
5.. every citizen have one vote and each vote have same value.
