Hey mate!!!

 <b >Here is your answer :</b >

Given,
 sqrt(1 + \frac{27}{169}) = 1 + \frac{x} {13}
=> 1 + \frac{27}{169} = (1 + \frac{x} {13})^2
=> 1 + \frac{27}{169} = 1 + \frac{2x}{13} + \frac{x^2}{169}
=> \frac{27}{169} = \frac{26x + x^2}{169}
=> x^2 + 26x = 27, because the bases are equal.
=> x^2 + 26x - 27 = 0
By middle term splitting factorisation,
=> x^2 + (27 - 1)x - 27 = 0
=> x^2 + 27x - x - 27 = 0
=> x(x + 27) - 1(x + 27) = 0
=> (x + 27)(x - 1) = 0
=><big><b><u> x = 1 or (- 27) </b></u>
