Answer:

1/20

Explanation:

Dimensions of Joule : [M^{1} L^{2}T^{-2}]

now new unit is denoted by subscript 2 and original by 1

Joule_{2} = [(5M)^{1} (20L)^{2} (10T)^{-2}]  ......eq1

Joule_{1} = [M^{1} L^{2}T^{-2}]   ....... eq2

dividing the two equations we get

\frac{Joule_{2}}{Joule_{1}} = (\frac{5}{1} )^{1} *(\frac{20}{1} )^{2}*(\frac{10}{1} )^{-2}

by solving for Joule_{2}

we get Joule_{2}  = 20Joule_{1}

and 1Joule_{1} = Joule_{2}\frac{1}{20}
