The i cap on rotating 30 degree in the clockwise direction will lie in the x-y plane and will also have (-j) cap value in its vector.

Thus on rotating the i cap in 30 degree clockwise we will get 2 components among which one will be cos30 icap and the other will be (-j)cap sin(90-60).

So, the vector will be √3/2 icap - 1/2jcap.
