Given:-

  • Velocity (v) = 2m/s

  • Mass (m) = 3kg

To Find:-

  • Kinetic Energy (K).

Solution:-

As we know that Kinetic Energy is the energy of an object because of its motion

By using Formula

K = 1/2mv²

here

k is the kinetic energy

m is the mass of body

v is the velocity of body

Substitute the value we get

→ K = 1/2×3 ×2²

→ K = 1/2×3×4

→ K = 3× 2

→ K = 6J

The kinetic energy is 6 Joules.

Explanation :-

Given :-

  • Velocity of object (v) = 2m/s
  • Mass of object (m) = 3kg

To Find :-

  • Kinetic energy (K.E) of object.

Solution :-

As we know that,

K.E = ½ × mv²

[ Putting values ]

=> K.E = ½ × 3 × (2)²

=> K.E = 3/2 × 4

=> K.E = 3 × 2

=> K.E = 6J

Hence,

  • The Kinetic energy of object is 6J.
