v = 113 \frac{1}{7}  =  \frac{792}{7} \\  \frac{792}{7}   = \frac{4}{3} \times  \frac{22}{7} \times  {r}^{3} \\  {r}^{3}  =  \frac{792 \times 3}{88}  = 27 \\ r = 3
