Question is incorrect because Va - Vb can not be 4V
Point A and 2V battery are connected by zero resistance wire which means Point A is at the same potential as 2V battery
Similarly Point B and 5V battery are connected by zero resistance wire which means Point B is at the same potential as 5V battery
This shows Va - Vb = - 3V
Either correct the question or repost with complete figure
