if v varies directly as t and v = 19.6 when t =2 , find v when t =3

If v varies directly as t then v/t = k.

Given, v = 19.6 , t = 2

Now, K = 19.6/2=9.8

At the same way,

v/3 = 9.8

v = 9.8*3 = 29.4
