Volume of sphere=4/3πr^3

The ratio of volume of sphere

V1:V2=1:1

for cylinder

Volume of cylinder=πr^2h

Answer:

let the radius of the sphere is=r

as the...sphere is circumscribed in cylinder ...

so its radius is also=r

now ....

volume of the =4/3 πr^3

volume of the cylinder of height (2r)...

=πr^2(2r)=2πr^3

therefore the ratio...

=(4πr^3/3)/(2πr^3)=4/6=2:3

......hope this helps you....
