Step-by-step explanation:

Given sets are,

V={a,e,i,o,u}

B={a,i,k,u}

Now,

To find: V-B=? and B-V=?

So,

V-B={a,e,i,o,u}-{a,i,k,u}

=>{e,o}

Here, a, i and u will be removed because they are present in both the sets but k won't get add to the answer because it's of subtracting set i.e., B. So, the point to remember is that if an extra element is there in subtracting set then it won't get added in the answer.

Now,

B-A={a,i,k,u}-{a,e,i,o,u}

=>{k}

So here the same rule applied which was applied in V-B question.

Hope you may get it
