Find the value of sin A= ?​

Given:

cos A= 1/4

Let O be opposite side, A be the adjacent side and H be the hypotenuse

We get,

cos A=A/H

→A/H=1/4

→A=1 and H=4

By Pythagoras Theorm,

H²=O²+A²

→O²=4²-1²

→O²=15

→O= √15

Now,

sin A= O/H

=√15/4
