We Know That F=ma By Newton's 2nd Law Of Motion. Where F is Force Applied m is mass and a is acceleration of the object. Now if value of g becomes twice, In RHS a becomes twice i.e. 2x9.8 equals 19.6m/s2So Friction Becomes Twice As Normal Force On Earth Is TwiceNow Mass Is Constant in all of the universe so for 2nd law to hold Force must also increase by a factor of 2, Hence it becomes two times difficult to pull an object.

we know:- F=mg so wheng is doubled
f will be doubled so more force needs to be applied (twice)
