If velocity of a body changes regularly from u to v in time t, what is the average velocity of that object? ​

Then average velocity will be zero because average velocity can be written as displacement/time so as the body is returning back to its initial position then the displacement is 0 so average velocity is also 0.☺️☺️☺️☺️
