Answer:

displacement in first 2sec is 14/3 unit

Explanation:

Given :-velociy of an object = t²-2t + 3

time = 2sec

find:- displacement in first 2sec= ?

__________________________

We know that v = displacement /time = dx/dt (in instantaneous speed)

Let displacement is x

  • ∵ V = dx/dt

  • ∴ (t² -2t +3) = dx/dt
  • dx = (t² -2t +3)dt
  • ₀∫ˣ dx = ₀∫²(t²- 2t + 3 )dt

  • [x]₀ˣ= [t³/3 - t² +3t ]₀²
  • x= 2³/3 - 2² + 3× 2 -0
  • x = 8/3 - 4 +3×2
  • x = 8/3+2

x = 14/3 unit Answer .

Displacement in first 2sec is 14/3unit
