If the velocity of light i.e. 299792458m/s is chosen as measure of velocity or speed n a year is chosen as measurement of duration then the distance covered by light is known as a cosmological measure of length "a light year". It's exact value is 9.4605284 × 10^15 meter

Hey !

It's \underline{\underline{\textbf{Light\: Year}}}

Its exact value is 9.4605284 × 10^ 15 m.

Light Year is usually used to measure huge scale distances, like distance between stars and planet, planet and sun and planet and extraterrestrial bodies (asteroids, meteorites etc)
