Let VENU = EUVN.
Then replacing middle alphabets by their corresponding alphabetical number.
=>VENU = EUVN = E2122N.


=>NEAT = ETNA = E2014A.

So,
The correct option is (a).

here VENU=> EN are middle alphabets, left VU, now alphabetically placing them, U is 21st alphabet and V is 22nd. for NEAT , EA are middle alphabet, left NT, alphabetically placing them, N is 14th and T is 20th letter. although here the numbers are not placed in alphabetical order, voila!
