if viruses are uncurable (mostly), then how do we not get any symptoms of common cold after a few days ? does it just leaves our body?

Every cell in our body releases a proteinicious soluble molecule which is our defense against viruses. It is strong enough to kill the viruses after a few days as they are weak and not in huge numbers
