Now,

R= V/I = 4/2 = 2  Ω

for error, Δ R /R = Δ V/ V + Δ I /I

or, Δ R = R * (Δ V/ V + Δ I /I )

          = 2 * (0.1 / 4 + 0.1 / 2)

          = 0.15  Ω

So, resistance is 2+_ 0.15  Ω
