If water contains dissolved calcium hydrogen carbonate out of soaps and sunthetic detergents whuch one should be used for cleaning clothes

Detergent should be used to wash cloths as these water is hard as it contains cahco3 which is a salt . if we use soap it form scum detoriating the cleaning capicity.
