potential energy of water at the height 19.6 m = kinetic energy of water while hitting the turbine according to law of conservation of energy velocity of water falling at the turbine is equal to the velocity at which turbine is rotated

hruchadafalapure: there is no such option
hruchadafalapure: options are a) 9.8 m/s b)19.6 m/s c)39.2 m/s d)98.0 m/s
danklord69: right it was a calculation mistake you see when you square root 392 you get 19.6
danklord69: my bad
danklord69: correct answer is 19.6 m/s
hruchadafalapure: haa
hruchadafalapure: thank you!!!!
