Cooling rate ofcourse depends on the type of vessel you are keeping the liquid in.But in this problem you have not specified anything about the vessels.

Beside the type of vessel, according to Newton's law of cooling, cooling rate depends on temperature difference of the body(here water) and the surrounding.

Here surrounding temperature can be taken as room temperature or 25 degree centigrade.

The difference between (80 & 25) is more than that of (60 & 25).So the water at 80 degree will cool down faster.

Hope this helps.
