 Let ,

 Numerator = x

 Denominator = y

 According to the first condition ,

 $\longrightarrow\sf \dfrac{x+1}{y-1}=1\\\\\longrightarrow x+1 = y-1 \\\\\longrightarrow x-y = -2 \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ .........................(1)$

According to the second condition ,

Equation (2) - Equation (1) ,

$\longrightarrow \sf x = 3$

Substitute x = 3 in equation (1) ,

$\longrightarrow\sf 3-y = -2\\\\\longrightarrow -y = -5 \\\\\longrightarrow y = 5$

$\bf FRACTION =\dfrac{3}{5}$
