if we add common salt in ice what will be change in melting point?

It causes a temperature drop that slows the melting rate and increases the freezing rate . The final result is that the ice melts more and more slowly after the initial addition of salt.

the melting point will decease and ice will get melt in less time as compare to time taken without NACL for melting
