If we add muons to pulsar will they still behave in the sane manner?

Yes the muons will behave normally there will be no change.

Hey Mate..
first of all , a muon at rest has not enough energy to decay into muon neutrino + hadrons. Therefore the only channel open for it is muon->muon neutrino+ electron+ electron antineutrino.
On the other hand, tau (the heaviest variety of leptons) has enough energy to decay in nu-tau + hadrons (e.g. : tau->nu tau +pi0 + pi- )
Btw muon is NOT a heavy electron. Otherwise we would observe a mu->e + gamma transition (there is a new experiment at Fermilab named Mu2e searching for exactly this decay).
