If the force we exert is more than the force exerted of the body then the body will move on the side we are giving force. If both forces are equal the body will be neutral that is it will not move at all. If the force exerted by the body is more than our force exerted then the body will move on the direction it is initially moving.

Also if we give force on the same side where the body is moving force will increase and if we give on the opposite side it depends on the force exerted.
