if we are a leader in school how to mind class without a single noise if they make noise what we should do

Yes it is difficult to mind the class but not impossible here are a few ways that will help you to be good monitor:
1)Give every student three chances if they still do not listen to you write the name on border in a piece of paper and give it to the teacher 2) also make them stand near the blackboard with their hands up 3)a second way to be a good monitor can be take their accessories like books pens notebooks and say it as a lost property and give it to poor people 4)if everybody in the class is making noise just keep quiet and listen how much noise they can make and don't talk to them until there is pin drop silence 4)every week setup price for the student who listens to you and well behaved in the class

if students make noise then told them if they ask single word again then I gave names of students to principal mam and she will suspend you without any warning. so please be careful about it.
