If we are going at the speed of light,what speed will we measure of a light beam going parallel to us?

when we go at speed of light light will appear stationary

You can’t and you won’t. You can’t go at the speed of light, and you can’t measure speed when travelling at the speed of light. The measure speed, you need to measure distance travelled and divide it by the time taken to travel that distance. These can only be measured relative to an inertial frame. No inertial frame travels at the speed of light. Such a frame simply does not exist.
